Yes you can treat clients who receive laser treatments. Depending on what type of treatment they are receiving you will want to work accordingly. If anything, a hydrating treatment is always a safe option. Here are some suggested guide lines:

Non Ablative:
IPL or VLL (Visible Light Laser): No intense exfoliation, i.e., microdermabrasion or resurfacers for 7-10 days, a hydrating base treatment can be applied 1-2 days post (given no sensitivity).

Ablative:
Fractionated Eribium or Eribium: YAG (2900nm)- No exfoliation, i.e., Microdermabrasion or resurfacers for 7-10 Days. No superficial or medium peeling for 2-3 weeks; a hydrating base treatment can be applied 1-2 days post (given no sensitivity).

Fractionated CO2: No form of exfoliation for at least 8 weeks. Directly after only gentle cleansers, pigment lighteners, healing agents, i.e.; hydrating treatments can be applied 1-2 days post given no sensitivity. After 3 weeks can introduce ultrasound or microcurrent.
