"Pregnancy induced hyperpigmentation is not budging after a year and half of baby being born. (I am Hispanic, late 30's). I tried the one month on/off of Tri-luma, but it always came back during the “off” period. I use Dermalogica on daily basis and am not on the pill just to avoid hormonal contraindications. Please help!"

After giving birth, especially with an olive complexion, it can take up to as many as 5 years to treat hyperpigmentation. You absolutely must wear sunscreen 365 days of the year in addition to using a brightening regimen. And make sure you exfoliate regularly in addition to using the brightening treatment product consistently.
