Cause marketing is a great way to give your business (and yourself!) double meaning. First define your objective. What cause do you want to support? And do you want to donate to one organization or multiple? Once you decide this, contact someone at the organization, tell her or him what you would like to accomplish, and ask how you can make this happen. Then decide how you will involve your business. Do you want to offer a percentage off a product or service? Do you want to hold fundraisers? Then announce the info on your website/Facebook/Yelp/Twitter/mailings and anywhere else you can.
