"What’s the difference between a skin condition and a skin type?"
  • Print

Skin type is what you’re naturally born with. Oily skin, dry skin, combination skin, acneic skin, and sensitive skin all fall into the category of skin type. A skin condition is something that you have developed from age and/or environmental exposure, such as dehydration, reactive skin, congestion, etc.
