This may be related to heat. When working out, the increase of circulation may be causing a prickly heat sensation. It may help to cut back on exfoliation if you exfoliate regularly, and switch to products meant for sensitive skin if you don't use such products already. We also suggest you refrain from using products (including fragrances) that contain alcohol.
